Variable-temperature plate heat sealer for low to medium throughput

Sample evaporation is eliminated when using heat sealing due to the hermetic seal created between the raised rim of each well in a reaction plate and the heat seal. The 4seal sealer offers superior sample protection for storage and reaction plates in applications including compound storage, sample archiving and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) methods.

The variable-temperature heating element of the sealer permits optimisation of all seals and plates, ensuring there is no damage to the plate, seal or sample. The handle mechanism ensures that the correct pressure is applied, and an ergonomic design minimises the force required. In addition, a programmable countdown timer and alarm ensures that the correct pressure, temperature and time are used for optimal sealing.
