Our associated companies also provide solutions to France, Belgium, and Luxemburg through Launch Diagnostics SAS and to the Republic of Ireland through ACCUSAY Diagnostics.

Launch Diagnostics was established in 1990 and has been in business for 35 years. It is one of the most successful companies in the United Kingdom’s diagnostics industry, being recognised by its customers and holding long term partnerships with many respected suppliers of diagnostic innovation. In March 2025, Launch Diagnostics was acquired by the Palex Group. Founded in 1955 and headquartered in Barcelona, Palex is present in over thirteen European countries and counts on a team of more than 2,100 professionals.

Offering an extensive range of diagnostic kits and laboratory instrumentation, the Launch Diagnostics product portfolio has expanded over the years to include a broad range of EIA, single test rapid devices, serology products, molecular assays, and instrumentation. In addition, our Technical department offers full instrument support, with Applications, Installation, Training and Maintenance.
