Registration is open now for The Power to Disrupt - Clinical Diagnostics Expo UK, the ninth face-to-face event provided by Thornhill Healthcare Events in partnership with POCTInnovators.com. Taking place in London during September, Pathology in Practice will be supporting the event with a special supplement.
The Expo will be held in London at 15Hatfields conference centre, Monday 16 September 2024, bringing together colleagues from across the public and private healthcare sectors. The day will provide an exhibition of 40 vendor stands demonstrating a wide range of diagnostic and monitoring solutions, devices and tests.
Rather than a day-long seminar programme, delegates will be able to participate in two workshops being offered around accreditation to ISO15189:2022 standards. The first will concentrate on starting the journey including transition from the 2012 version, with the second workshop covering more in-depth approaches to maintaining quality and continuous improvement in line with the standards.
There will also be a BIVDA-led expert panel which will discuss the current and future needs of diagnostics within the NHS. This will be an interactive session designed to engage attendees in visualising future requirements across multiple medical services.
Food and refreshments are provided throughout the day. Registration is free to NHS and those in academia. Spaces for commercial delegates are priced at £150 plus VAT. Companies can book exhibition space by emailing [email protected]
Pathology in Practice will be supporting the event with a special Clinical Diagnostics supplement, featuring material from exhibitors, an event guide and relevant articles covering point-of-care testing and diagnostics. This will be published alongside the September issue of PiP, with copies available at the event. Contact editor [email protected] for more information.
