As part of its commitment to public health, bioMérieux has announced two upcoming events focused on sepsis and the blood culture pathway. The Irish Sepsis Summit takes place 21 June in Athlone, with the UK Sepsis Summit following on 5-6 September, at the University of Nottingham.
Registration is now open for the Irish event, which will be hosted at the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone. bioMérieux says the event will bring together healthcare professionals engaged with the sepsis patient pathway, with discussions to cover a range of diagnostic, clinical and patient centred topics.
The full programme is set to be announced soon, but confirmed speakers include:
