Ultraviolet workstations: view, analyse and photograph

The Spectroline CL-150 series ultraviolet (UV) enable laboratory personnel to view, analyse and photograph fluorescent samples with epi-illumination and transillumination light sources. A removable bottom panel allows either unit to be placed directly over the transilluminator. The 25-W white light bulb in the cabinet provides visible illumination for easy sample preparation.

The spacious CL-150 cabinet can accommodate large electrophoresis gels and up to four (20 x 20 cm) TLC plates. It can be used with any one or two of 11 different models of Spectroline X- and XX-series 15 W UV lamps. The CL-151 is identical to the CL-150 but is equipped with the XX-15NF lamp, which has separate 15-W long-wavelength (365 nm) and short-wavelength (254 nm) UV tubes.
