Chips for allergy diagnosis

Every chip has an integrated standard curve and a ladder of 20 specific allergens located along its length, giving individual readings in ku/L of specific IgE and RAST classes 0 to 6 for each of the allergens. Each chip takes just two and a half hours, from sample application to availability of results.

There are three main panels for inhalant, food and paediatric allergy. The PolyCheck requires only 400 µL of serum, making the food and paediatric allergy panels ideal for babies and young children. PolyCheck chips permit easy integration of allergy testing into a laboratory’s routine work without the need for investment in new equipment.
