The IBMS has unveiled its new look for Harvey’s Gang, after taking over the initiative last year. Going forward the new name will be Harvey’s Lab Tours, but the mission to educate and inspire young patients through interactive laboratory tours remains unchanged.
In a statement the IBMS comments: “The new name more accurately represents our core activity and focus, ensuring clarity and positivity for the children and families we serve. The new logo shifts the focus towards a friendly and engaging symbol for our tours: Harvey, represented as a comforting orange teddy bear. This new mascot aims to offer a relatable and reassuring presence for our young tour recipients.”
The website and email address will also change to align with the new name, the new webaddress is www.harveyslabtours.com and the email is at [email protected].
The IBMS is also working in collaboration with childrens’ TV production firm OKIDO, to develop new Harvey's Lab Tour comics and resources.
